Hosting and server log files
This website runs on the same infrastructure as studio201.de. When the pages are accessed, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and serves solely the secure, stable and fault-free operation of the site. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Logs are deleted after a short period unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://”. When encryption is active, the data you send us cannot be read by third parties.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not set any cookies. There is no reach measurement, no tracking and no profiling. Only your choice of colour scheme (light/dark) is stored in your browser’s local storage. That entry stays on your device, is never transmitted to the server and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.
No external services
No content is loaded from third-party servers – in particular no external fonts (such as Google Fonts), no map, video or social media embeds and no analytics tools. All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server, so visiting this site does not create any connection to third parties.
Contact form
If you contact us via the form on this site, we process the details you provide: name, organisation, email address, phone number, selected subject and your message. Processing takes place in order to handle your enquiry on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The details are sent to us by email and stored until your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply. You may withdraw your consent informally at any time; the lawfulness of processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected. If enabled, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement at the address you provided.
Protection against form abuse
To prevent automated bulk submissions through the contact form, the number of submissions per internet connection is limited. For this purpose your IP address is stored exclusively in shortened, non-reversible form (a hash value) together with the time of submission for no more than one hour and is then discarded automatically. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against abuse). No personal identification takes place.
Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, your details will be stored in order to handle your request and in case of follow-up questions (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it once the matter has been concluded, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Links to the partner companies
This website links to the websites of the participating partner companies. These are plain references; no data is transmitted to the target sites unless you click the link. Once you do, the privacy notices of the respective provider apply exclusively.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of processing, as well as a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Objection to promotional emails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published under the imprint obligation for sending promotional and informational material that has not been expressly requested. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising, for example by spam email.
